Learned about this book from the iProcrastinate podcast. If you want a good summary from the author before you decide whether to read it check out the podcast episode here: http://hwcdn.libsyn.com/p/4/8/2/48289463c23082e2/The_Dutiful_Worrier.m4a?c_id=3113015&cs_id=3113015&destination_id=11600&expiration=1572191740&hwt=cf6a2fdd24c8bd91f374a1e9e468ea4a

The author is a philosophy professor who applies Aristotelian philosophy to psychological problems. I am reading it now and it really speaks to my problems with perfectionism and anxiety in decision making (analysis paralysis). If you likewise struggle with these issues, I would highly recommend. An added bonus is that it’s a pretty short read (150 or so much pages).
