AsI’m going through this book I have some mix feelings about it (though I think it’s been a good read so far).

I couldn’t find any reference to Tim Feeriss’ books in this form. Coincidence or no Ferriss’ fans around here? :grinning:

I’d be interested in this as well. I get the impression Ferriss is very divisive - both to different people and also an individual thinking that some of his stuff is gold and some of his stuff is rubbish.

I particularly enjoyed his stuff about the keto diet in Tribe of Mentors (I think it was that book…)

I’ve read The 4-hour work and Tools of Titans and neither particularly grabbed me, but by the same token I didn’t think either was terrible. I think that they both go for wide rather than focussed with the topics they cover. So they both have the feel of reading a series of blog posts rather than a book.

I should add I really enjoy many of his podcasts and there have been many excellent interviews.
