This book really aged well. The original version is from 1989, but it’s applicable as if it would have been written yesterday.
I have read a lot of books about procrastination and productivity, both from the psychology and the motivational/self-improvement perspective. There is not a single book out there to which I could say “yep, that’s me” as often than The Now Habit.
It is a great book that I have discovered way too late.
