Double billed memebership and no access to member section (problem with payment)

Hi!
I am a new member.
I often listen to your podcast and I want to subscribe to support you.

I subscribed to your podcast successfully but when I opened my billing section I have two subscription, one with NaNs in the field of starting date and one normal looking.

Also, I was billed two times with today date.
I cancelled the subscription with NaNs, but I still have one subscription active.

Now I don’t have access to any membership section, instead it shows a page asking to give my credit card data and when I do it again I am getting message saying

Success!Thanks for signing up. You should receive a PM shortly with more details about your membership.

But there is no change of the status of my account :frowning:

I cancelled the second subscription and registered payment once again.
This time it worked.

May the previous payment be cancelled? I could send the ID of transactions in private message

This transaction paid through section is again “undefined NaN, NaN” but at least I am a member now
