I second this one. Great practical steps. I just finished it and immediately started it over.


Currently reading this and read The Power of Habits a while back. Made me think of Triggers by Marshall Goldsmith which I remember being impressed with when I read it. Any of Marshall’s books are well worth a read.


I really liked Triggers despite the strange name! I can really recommend that one. Pretty actionable as well.
